When you factor in the strap down time and pulling on and off w/ the 3 pulls its AT LEAST 45 minutes per car.

Exactly. 45 minutes per car is moving about as quick as you can, and having everyone there ready to pull there cars on and off right away. That just doesn't happen, esp. at an event like this.
