no its not every weekend. pretty much only 2 weekends left the one on oct. 6th u might get like 2 runs in at most. here is the link to thier schedule. http://www.krpi.com/raceschedule.htm so far i have plans on being there on the 22nd.

Actually if you hang around you can get more time trials in between rounds, Most that go for time trial leave way to early and then complain about getting only a few runs in? you could get near 6-8 runs in if you work it right.

It depends on the day I guess. The first time I was there with the srt guys, we left by 5 and I had gotten 10-12 runs in, my truck was beat to ****, but it was awesome.

To bad KRP wasn't like the 1/8 mile MAM because they have friday night street racing test n tune and can get in easily 10 runs even with quite a few people showing up

On there street raceing days you can get as many back to back races in as you want. Check there calender, they usually just do one a month. The SRT guys are going back on October 20th.

I'll be there on the 22nd running my car for the last time. There will probably be a few other GP's runnning too. I've also got an apartment in Kearney if anyone needs to crash for the night, or something else.

why do u need to dyno for just an exhaust. all ur gonna gain is maybe 5hp. unless ur goin in for a tune

Uhh.,. My new exhaust netted a gain of 0.8 seconds in the 1/4 mile. I think that's a bit more than 5 HP in a 4000lb car.

its true i picked up 20 rwhp w/ my SS and i picked up somewheres in the neighborhood of 40whp on the STi all before tuning (thank you mr. boost creep)

well a tune on my car stock with exhaust went from 358rwhp 347rwtq and with a tune 388rwhp 358rwtq

and sorry but from my experience, smaller town but when someone gets a new exhaust. i always think of just getting a new muffler. so yea if your getting a full exhaust or a cat back i can see higher gains. but off of just a muffler i dont think u would

yes actually you can if anyone told you their very wrong you just have to retune it to the car, its basically starting over but yes their not forever set to one vehicle, i can actually use his curent tune if i wish but i don't have the same mods and problems as him so it would make my car run like ****, alot of people dont like to do it cause its just easier to tune a new one

yea hopefully they will be in i'd really like to see 12.7s or better really not that unrealistic i'd powershift it once but stock clutchs hate that, hey about how much more will the clutch take for power mods with intake exhaust brace bushings drs and some really fkn hard shifting should hold till i get pullied etc right?

the stock clutch will Hold 500rwhp all day i took mine to 1.7 60ft the only reason i took it out was b/c the throw out bearing went out. the car was hard to shift with the stocker then i put in my Spec 2+ and i can power shift her like a mofo now

My first run was a 13.8. My very first run, the car shifted out of 1st at 6700 RPM's. :O The next three runs were 13.6's. Then I pulled the little pipe off that bolts up to the catback to run open headers, adjusted the shift points, and started to advance timing. The next run was a 13.44@105.12. I bumped timing another degree and went 13.34@105.82.

Then a local GP guy let me borrow his nittos for a couple runs and I bumped timing another degree. This yielded a PB of 13.2061@105mph and a 1.9 60ft.

On my last run, I didn't get both tires to burn off, and I forgot the A/C on, so I ran a 13.5 @ 103.


All of the runs were on the motor...no nitrous. The company I ordered it from screwed up and sent me a dry kit instead of a wet, and since my injectors are already telling me to f*ck myself, I didn't want to push it.
