Story:
Well i bought the car when i was a senior in highschool for 6k and 86,000 on the tack and shortly after my brother blew the clutch. back before i really knew what the car would do with an aftermarket one i had a stock clutch put back in. ever since then i've had a body kit on it..

..it then got ripped off on a trailer after i moved back from colorado. So the old stock on went on. and the decals got removed and with a nice detail it came to look like this...

Shortly after i removed the decals i picked up some decent wheels that made the car ride a little better. nothing has really been able to out perform my stock swirlies with some good radials but here they are.

i still need to put a "2" inch drop on the front and i'll be happy with the ride height. with the body almost done i worked on some engine mods. mostly to help it breathe.
3" downpipe to a 2.5 cat back with a cut out (soon to come) zigs did a good job but had to bend some pipe that didn't come with and didn't use a mandrel bender so i have crinkles so the cut out is planned to go before right after the high flow res. otherwise the over excessive back pressure will remain. also have a new exhaust mani and a new intake.

Took the car out to MAM last year and ran a 9.57 as my fastest beating out this sic cart with a turbo.

nothing special but its a pretty stock eclipse so i don't expect much.
Within the past 4 days the car has gone from what you saw to

I'll have pictures of the finish pretty soon i still have a 97 conversion to paint (front only much like ervins old car)
long process and i spent way to much money i **** i really did not need. fast and the furious was to blame for that. So now that i have no money and i'm more smart about the decisions i make i will not make any more mods after the body is the way i want it. because stock is going for more than modded and if i wanted to waste money on modding i would buy one modded. So this car is almost where i want it. just a few more appearance mods then i'm done.
its sitting at 138,760 right now.
