thats nothing, our military loses millions of dollars to places they dont even know or care to find. I dont know if you heard of the recent fraud they stumbled upon when they found out they were getting charged a million dollars to ship a bolt and washer to iraq. They got lucky to even stumble upon that incodent, so who knows what other **** happens like that
