laptop wont charge and if you wiggle the cord it still wont flicker any of the led's. I had it open and it didnt appear to have any loose connections at the plug-in. Anybody had any experience with this?

It is one of two things.
1.) The power supply is bad.
2.) The connector for charging that is soldered to the main board is broken. ( Very common as people think you need to slam the charge into the laptop.

yea, i figure its the connector and usually you can wiggle it around to get it to make some contact and it didnt look like it came unsoldered when i looked at it. ive seen alot of info about the jack itself just going back and wondering if anybody has replaced one themselves or payed to have someone replace one and wondering what it cost.

If your brave you can re solder th joint.
I've had it done at work but the guy that does it is a pro, and he doesn't like doing it.

it's like brain surgery... one miss and the board is shot.
