ROFL! Xbox to consider bluray support!

Now that Warner, HBO, and New Line have all gone bluray exclusive it looks like Microsoft is facing the music that HD DVD is going to die. They say here they'll be considering bluray support for Xbox.

"It should be consumer choice; and if that's the way they vote, that's something we'll have to consider," Albert Penello, group marketing manager for Xbox hardware said when asked whether Microsoft would support a Blu-ray DVD accessory in the event that HD-DVD failed.

this is only happening if blu-ray wins the format war...which makes perfect sense to continue selling consoles

With Sony's marketing it'll be tough to stop. Somehow they actually made an alarming number of people believe that Blu-ray has better image quality...simply amazing.
