You want Gunbound www.gunbound.com

/thread

You pick from several vehicles and create your own avatar. You play online for points to earn more addons and appearance options for your avatar. There are powerups. You can tunnel through the level...it's fun

The original tanks game will get old really fast.

Seriously, try gunbound, you won't be disappointed. I bet a lot of people on here would like it if they tried it. I used to play it with my counter strike team, it became a problem because they would be playing gunbound more than practicing for matches lol

Yeah that's why it's so fun, you can do a lot with it.

It's roots are just the classic tanks game, angle + power and that's about it. Gunbound takes out the exact numbers for elevation and power, and when it's your shot you get the little angle meter in front of your character and the meter in the lower right is the shot power meter. You can also move your character a limited amount each turn (depending on the speed of the character). There are also different shots you can do, each character has different weapons and specials. You can heal, teleport, and other crazy stuff. The other fun part of it is that when you miss the person you're shooting at the blast takes chunks out of the map. You can actually shoot the platform out from under people instead of hitting them. I used to pick a tank that had a triple shot special and use it to burrow tunnels through maps so nobody could get to me and then just **** around down there and annoy everybody:lol: It also supports more than 2 players, I believe up to 8 at once, and you can have teams, respawns, and all kinds of stuff. The best part though is just the amount of weapons, every character is different, there is one that throws a boomerang that is really hard to aim but powerful as hell

oh and it's online multiplayer only, there is no single player
