My K5 Find....

Well plans are to go pick this up on Sunday since the last K5 turned out to be a joke.

From the CL add:
Has 6 inch lift 35s (will need replaced soon) but still crawls over anything mickey thompson classic II wheels tbi 350 with new plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, tranny fluid and filter, tranny and transfer case rebuilt approx 20k miles ago, ****** headers, doesnt blow smoke, has some rust as all old chevys do but would make a great crawler or mudder

Seems to be a pretty legit truck. Getting it for $2k and he is meeting me about half way on the drive. Few pictures posted below. Its no beauty queen but not bad compared to some ive seen, and beings it is TBI i feel the price is pretty fair

Has the interior and the AC been stripped already? Seems like that is the first thing idiots like to do when they get a hold of these. Supply more detailed pictures, and I'll let you know what I think.

Heat, AC, interior is all still intact. Has grey cloth I'm sure the drivers seat is torn up because all he sent me was a picture of the passenger seat and rear seat. They look nice though lol

I love it personnally. People want rust free, I just want it to have something left to bolt on. Nice fenders/doors/boxes/hoods smash just as easy as rusted ones.

Haha very true. It felt so good to finally put some dents in my truck. I felt like for the first time in its life since I have owned it that it was used for what it should be.

It is pretty rusty but is prefect to tuttle. Has long tubes with some ghetto turn downs. Needs some new tires.

This. Mine is all license plates. The raised letters give good traction.

The floor is already full of license plates and the seats mount to wood boards.

Both seats only mount in three places. I took the carpet out last night and patched up the floor with liecense plates. Power washed the **** out of the carpet. Pretty much gona gut this whole damn thing clean it and figure out some wiring. Hopefully install some missing interior peices

2x6s so the seats have something solid to mount to.

No wood used I. That piece Paul saw was under there to level the seat out. Wasn't bolted to it
