I saw this coming a mile away.... there was so much talk concerning everything BUT the AD position... had to figure he was going to stick around longer than what an "interim" would.

You can every other husker fan seem to think that too. I have large doubts.

Meh, no reason to doubt until it actually happens. Either we're gonna suck horribly or atleast do better than last season

Doing better than last year is not a huge accomplishment. based off their current sched. you could probably predict 8 wins.
idk... i just think it's funny that most of nebraska treats this change like jesus's second coming.. I think college football has evolved to much since TO days and he's going to be a disappointment. Better than callahan but he's not going to be a TO.

I think the big thing is, when Bo came to Nebraska, he didn't even take 1 season and he turned the defense from mediocre to a top 15 defense in the country. Then he left, and the downward spiral began. That says a lot. Combined with the fact that Husker offense is potent and still somewhat intact, theres a chance for a marked improvement over last year. Potentially 10 wins type of improvement.

ya... it was predicted UNL was going to have a better year this year than last...
and if it was.. bo would still be an assistant coach.

I'm willing to buy in on the Huskers improving to at least 9 wins.

thats a pretty nasty high expectation for a team that just went ????? remind me?

If they could win that many games under Callahan in a given season, I see no reason why Bo can't reproduce that in 1 season. Mind you that Nebraska lost 2 games in which they scored over 40 points, but still lost.

right.. but i dont' just blame the D. The off shut down whenever they were down. which was partly the D's fault but turning the ball over didn't help the D at all.
idk.. the predictions i've heard are 8-4. which is an improvement. but setting the bar low doesn't say much.

The offense was garbage under keller. Totally different team with ganz.

Ganz put up better numbers, and more TDs, not having played more than half the games of what Keller did.

Keller played in more asskickings, hard to look good when your team takes off ever other play.
