I received a ticket friday night for 69 in a 55. I was driving back home from falls city and was about 2 miles outside of Pawnee when he pulled me over. Just before he pulled me over I had passed a combine so that is where my speed came from, not to mention that stretch of highway is 55 mph for some odd reason, when on the other side of Pawnee it is 60. The sheriff was a complete ass hat about the whole thing to. You would have though I ran someone over by the way he was acting. Can I call the county attorney to see if I could maybe get it dropped? If not I'll just take STOP class.

Just take the class. CA isn't going to just randomly drop a 14 over ticket with no reason to in smallville. They need the revenue.

I'm aware of this, but with it being a combine and hardly being able to see around it I sped up when I had the chance to get around it.

Truth. :( haha But really, I am going to just take the STOP class. Sucks it's still 8 hours long instead of the 4 its soon to be. Can I take it in Lancaster instead of driving back down there?

Was just tired of sitting behind him so I passed him going down a hill. So I just do 2 money orders, one to pawnee county and the other to Stop class, make a copy of my license and ticket and send it in. Then show up at a stop class? Right?

Not quite, you cannot take a STOP class in another county without first talking with someone. You will need to make arrangments with the county where the ticket was issued to take STOP in another county. They will tell you who, when, where to pay for it.

When will people learn, their is NO CRIME IN SPEEDING UNLESS U ADMIT GUILT!

First, say nothing, sign ticket, under protest n deress and threat of coersion(spelling).

Make special appearence

Ask if it was an emergency( i can explain more later)

Ask if officer had a Right of Cause to detain you, take your time etc( I.E who is the VICTIM?)

Then ask how many points are there on a Valid Right of Cause.( Prosecution will call objection, call for legal conclusion) There u just made the witness, IE cop unaffective and u can STRIKE his testimony.

Then ask the Judge are u entitled to a Fair Trial. He will say yes, then ask if there was a conflict of interest, would u have a fair trial? He would say yes. Then ask Who he represents? Omaha Cop, and Omaha City Judge? Conflict of interest, dismissed!

Also, when they say, do u understand? SAY NO, Ask if its a Civil or Criminal, they will say INFRACTIONS( THis is where they get they, the criminals, try to trick you) Ask what is a "infraction" classified as? Get him to say Criminal. Ask for a Valid Criminal Complaint. A TICKET IS NOT SUNOMONOUS WITH A CRIMAL COMPLAINT! Thats why you operate under protest and deress and threat of coersion( if you dont sign, u go to jail? Yeah, thanks for keeping me , "SAFE")

Many of you have questioned me on this. I just drove up from Killeen TX two months ago, got ticketed their, and just beat the rap :) YET AGAIN :)

Another way to get our of a ticket is to roll down your window and as soon as the officer steps out, yell, there's a guy with a gun to head and if I don't drive, hell shoot. Then take off and stop a few miles up the road and claim the guy bailed. Sell your story, as soon as you stop, get out and start pointing up the road where you just came from. Be sure to yell and scream, it works every time.

A family friend claimed a guy next to him pulled a gun on him while going down the highway. The trooper hopped in his car and took off after the fake "suspect".
