I just got back the bottom of east is a little patchy but its prefect for sledding and you can still drift. Its fine out there now though.

what percentage would you say is patchy?

about 15% on the bottom is slushy. The top is good. It is all freeing over right now though. I think by the time we get there it will be good. I just payed $40 for the sleds. It definitly ok though.
