Bumper instal

My brother needs a front bumper put on that he bought for his 03 eclipse. He says it's one of those bumpers that have to be heated to fit. Everyone around where he lives know nothing about it and I am in the same boat. Let me know some good places to direct him to.

Thanks and I had no clue where to post it. I'm not to much into the imports so I have no clue about where to tank things like this. Usually I work on my own stuff but I didn't want to touch this.
