My front axle needs replacing. For the cost, is it really worth it to upgrade to the 1 ton setup (D60F/D80R)? I really probably won't do much wheeling, and won't go bigger than a 35" tire (maybe a 37). Current axles are a D44F/9.25R

Oh ok, just wasn't sure what you were talking about. The axles are almost completely bolt in from a 3500 to a 1500.
