My 1988 V10 Suburban needs tuned. Do you have the ability to burn chips for TBI engines?

It's Ahmad's old short block (a 1990 IROC I believe).

350 with Speed Pro flat top pistons
LT1 camshaft from a 1995 Camaro Z28
Vortec heads (906 I believe, the less desirable castings)
Speedway brand 1.5 Roller Rockers
GMPP TBI Vortec intake
Shitty full length Heddman Headers, 2.5" dual exhaust with no cats
EGR has been removed
A.I.R. system has been removed

I have been thinking about installing a 454 TBI throttle body and some 9C1 injectors if I could find them.

Currently it tuns rich at idle, and lean on top.

Also the ECM/PROM are both for a TH700R4, and I have swapped to an SM465.

Shouldn't be a problem. I will look for specs for cam.
Dyno time with tuning and socketing ECM and hardware is $550. Will do $500 with SCR discount.
Would prefer a bung in exhaust for our wideband. at least 8" from collector.
