I am getting my turbo kit for the Evo soon and i will need some help from you guys...
First thing I will have to do is get my current lower intercooler pipe to work with the new turbo...so what I am wondering is if you can madrel bend pipe? and can you bead roll the end of the pipe?
After I get that done I will need my current downpipe modified to fit up to the turbo kits o2 housing...
Can you guys help me out with this?
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the shop usually sends exhaust stuff to Doug (mr. muffler), he can mandrel bend up to 3" pipe IIRC

the simple stuff, yeah. if its specialty they might do it themselves.

First off. No one around here can mandrel bend pipe.
we can do it. I figure out what pipe I need. Then order bends and fabricate to needed specs. We send stuff to Doug when the job is simple and would be more for us to do.
Its expensive because to be done right and look good it takes time.
It could very easily be $500.
If your interested lmk. I will be happy to do the work.

Chad's custom exhaust work gets an A+++ in my book, but everyone already knows I'm a nutswinger.

I bought a 2.5" S.S. U-Shape tubing for my lower intercooler pipe, below is what I need done...You think you guys could do this for me? possibly a quote as well if you need to call me my #402-469-9506
I need it cut at a 45 degree angle with a straight end welded to it...also need beads welded on the ends for the couplers...

Take it to Green's in GI.... not. They assured me they could "mandrel bend" my custom IC piping. Turns out I ended up paying quite a bit for kinked to hell bends. Just a forewarning if anyone back around Hastings sends you to them.

304 ss for ic piping? What schedule? Seems a little overkill to me.

Did not realize they made 304 ss thin enough to use for ic piping, but got to looking around and they make it super thin. Seems to be a good choice!!
