If you are considering purchasing anything from TruckAddons.com, I would recommend you find somewhere else to go. I have never dealt with such a shitty company!

They shipped me the incorrect item. I contacted them 3 times trying to get it returned, and never got an answer. I finally got a hold of someone, and they picked it up and sent it back.

After waiting for a week for my card to be credited back, nothing happened, so I called them up. Finally got a hold of someone, and they said they just got it in, although it had been there for almost a week. Anyway, they said they could issue a refund, but were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee! I can understand a restocking fee under normal conditions, but they sent me the incorrect item! I so got charged $24 and had to waste a lot of my time so I could be sent the wrong item, and have to return it to them.

That is **** poor customer service anyway you look at it. I won't ever be back there, and I would hope that you stay away also.

Yeah too many companies don't understand the concept of customer service. I'm not an asshole, I understand why policies like restocking fees are in place, but there are always exceptions and when the company is at fault it should be their job to make it right.

When I worked as a CSR at Russ's I always violated company policy to make people happy. Cashiers are required to ask customers for their Russ's card. Sometimes they would forget to do so and the person wouldn't get their discount. Our policy was that if you have your card you can come to the service counter, present your reciept and card, and get a refund for the discount. Well they put this new nazi refund policy in place, and they were going to actually make us have the customer's which we just inconvienced fill out a refund slip with their name/address/phone/item/reason and then have us do all kinds of BS where we have a manager sign off for it before giving them their couple bucks back they shouldn't have paid in the first place. I never once subjected anybody to that.

Yeah, I argued with this douchebag for about 5 minutes and finally said screw it, and let him know that I would be letting everyone know how shitty they are. I am a member of the largest F-Series board out there, so that is the first place I went. I already filed a compliant with the Nebraska Attorney General when I couldn't get them to answer me back, so that should ongoing also. Bastards!

File complaint with the KY att. gen. office... commerce that crosses boarders should be reported both ways.. You could also file a police report in both states against the company for stealing $24 from you... I'd get that thread red hot on the f board and then email them a link that says "**** YOU"

I did get a call from them tonight from a different person, who was actually nice, and pleasant to deal with. This John moron was going to send me out the exact same thing that I just returned. This is after I spoke with him last week and said I wanted a refund, not another item. He assured me that he would process the refund that same day. Well, that never happened, and he tried sticking me with the wrong product again. Thankfully this other employee caught it and gave me a call. She said I will be receiving a full refund, and that she will process it tomorrow. We shall see....

don't have the monies for new seats, seat covers will look fine until I need to buy new seats. Which will be a little while...don't need a harness style seat with a stock lift, but with the 8" long arm I might be needing them.
