Haven't had it diagnosed yet, but going with a worst case scenario. Price tag on rebuilding a 4l60e from a 94 trans am?

Depends on what you want for upgrades. Standard rebuild that includes converter(stock), overhaul kit, mild shift kit and beast shell is $1800 with us pulling trans out and reinstalling.

The transmission does not engage in any of the foward gears, D, 1, 2, or 3. Reverse works perfectly fine though, can get the car to engage only if revved up high, and even then it doesn't stay engaged.
Maybe you guys can help me understand what is wrong with it based on that description. What would it cost if I brought a transmission to you guys, just needed the current one removed and the new one installed, fluids, filter, etc?

$425 plus parts. Fluid and filter probably around $70

Alright one more quote needed lol How much would it cost if I brought the transmission to you guys and had it rebuilt, but not removed or installed? Performance upgrades preferred, higher stall, etc.
You can PM me if it's easier
