They'll probably trial him as an adult and send him to jail for 5-10. This sounds pretty serious and they'll want to make an example out of him so it doesn't happen again.

How do you know his stereo doesn't go very loud?

He's screwed. cops will want to make an example of him. I wouldn't be suprised at a few months jail time and a few thousand in fines.

They might cut a deal on a guilty plea and knock the jail time down a bit.
My friend got busted back in the 90's for playing his music too loud and he only had 500 watt subs. He got out of prison back in 2007 and hasn't been able to find a job because of his criminal record.

I have a kicker l7 10 inch wired professionally by autosounds. Its been wired to 4ohms and is in a very expensive box. It has 600rms and 1200 max. the amp has 600rms and 1100watt max and is running perfect for sub. its mind blowing what this sub can do. i wouldn't sell it but I must do to the fact i got pulled over and got disturbing the peace cause the cops could hear it from more than 50ft away. Ha since its expensive ticket I kinda got to get ride of it. so a 550 dollar set up for. 400 obo. if you need pics or anything text or call 2024081. btw my email is brettray15.

You guys are terrible lol.
Its not a huge ticket. No jail time.
Tell him to plead not guilty, and force the cops to prove who's peace you were disturbing. You can't "disturb" a cops peace, they have to give you a noise ordinance violation ticket. If no-one actually called and complained about the noise, the ticket has to be dropped.
At least from what I can remember. Cops are usually pretty dumb.

uh.....didn't you read how there cracking down on noise this year and have assembled a noise task force to catch people with loud stereos?

Bradish has no silly laws telling people what kind of furniture they can put where. They wouldn't dare legislate tackiness in that city; the population would overthrow the government.
