I don't think shooting from behind the cars is a great shot. You really can't tell much of what is going on. I think the shots from the front side are much better to get a better idea of what is going on.

The in car should have been shot with that car in the left lane so the person shooting the vid can get a good shot of the other car racing. When we were lining up I was wondering why thunder pulled in the right lane if they were going to do an in car vid. Of course then he started burning out with me behind him throwing rocks at my car so I said **** it and pulled over in the other lane.

Not really. I'm going to post up just the clips. Nobody ran the entire quarter so my second camera was worthless and the first camera wasn't the greatest.

Seriously what? The shots from behind are horrible. If you were really trying to get a good shot of the launch you would be out in front somewhere.

No, I'm really not. I was just trying to point out some of the comments in the other threads talked about these type of shots being better for seeing the launch.

Ya, rear angles suck. It's almost better to have it 60' to 1/8 mile out.

I didn't think you were gonna pull to the road right away so I started my burnout early

I followed you out right away because I wanted to get lined up before any cars came but then you pulled in the right lane so I stopped hoping you would move over to get a better video shot but then you started your burnout.

I don't think any rocks that got thrown but I wasn't going to wait there for one so I pulled in the left lane.

Yep, that was me. rear camera angles are cool, but better if there's onboard camera or at the 1/8

vids are great! at any angle. Loved em. ive been on here for a couple years and just now looking at the vids. I guess i should come out and play more often. Nice job.
