How much to have a cutout welded in and how soon can you do it?

Well it depends on the access. If I have to drop the exhaust to get it welded. I wont half ass it so maybe you should swing by so I can look at it.

takes about 20 minutes to cut the section out and weld it in. Hell, you could get 2 band clamps and do it yourself.

shouldn't have spent anymore than $20 to get that **** done. Doesn't involve much and takes about 15-20 minutes: cutout a section of pipe the same length as the cutout, weld cutout in, done. If you spent more than $20, you got ****ed.

when i had exhaust on my car, i got my cutout welded in fo free and no exhaust leaks.

Just want you guys to remember. Our shop rate is $85 an hour. So even if it would have only taken 20 min. that would be $34 plus shop supplies.

Well I guess I got ****ed because I paid $40 to get it welded in. Really though, I don't think that's too bad. The weld is very clean and they were quick. I'm not complaining.

Im guessing I would have charged $50-$60. I would say you did alright.

Refer to previous post. Believe it or not the doors dont stay open and lights dont stay on with peanut butter and jelly.

If you don't want to pay a shop rate, don't take it to a shop. Simple as that.

I paid 40$ also, i live in an apartment (not for much longer, thank god)and am lucky to find a pair of visegrips and a screwdriver. No real option

Yes it does. Get some bigs out back to match those littles up front. I really don't know how you keep finding ways for me to love your car more.
