im just curious if anyone know about nebraska neon law..... cuz my brother and i are arguing about what color is allowed and what not allow for underglow colors?????

I believe red and blue (Emergency colors) aren't allowed. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Except as provided in sections 60-6,230 to 60-6,233, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive or move any vehicle upon a highway with any red or green light thereon visible from directly in front thereof. This section shall not apply to police or fire department or fire patrol vehicles or school buses.

It should be a law you can't have any neon lights under your car. Plus that was so late 90's..gonna have to come up with a better way to be a ricer then that.

Basically. People might think they are traffic lights when they are behind you.

Especially elders.

you also have to have the actual lights hidden too. it's also against the law to have the actually neon light rod's showing. don't ask me why, but that's what i know for being the black sheep in a family full of cops. haha

That doesn't make sense, because it says those colors are illegal on the front of the car. Which, for it to have the same effect, would only apply if you were facing someone from across an intersection. Brake lights are red, which are in the rear (not illegal). And if someone confuses car lights with traffic lights...then they probably shouldn't be on the road.
