Ok, looking to gather up an SCR crowd for a movie night. No, its not Fast and the Furious 4... but even better.

"The Mist" by Stephen King is set to be released.

Quick Synopsis.

After a violent storm attacks a town in Maine, an approaching cloud of mist appears the next morning. As the mist quickly envelops the area, a group of people get trapped in a local grocery store -among them, artist David Drayton and his five-year-old son. The people soon discover that within the mist lives numerous species of horrific, unworldly creatures that entered through an inter-dimensional rift, which may or may not have been caused by a nearby military base. As the world around them manifests into a literal hell-on-earth, the horrified citizens try desperately to survive this apocalyptic disaster.

Not for me. $2 to park < gas required.

From the grand to south pointe, and back, is only about 12-14 miles.

I'd pay an extra dollar for not having to walk around in the cold and deal with downtown traffic. Unless your car gets less than 12 mpg

It probably does. I spend $10 everyday to drive ~50 miles (to work and back).

10 dollars a day at a (we'll just guess low) 3 dollars a gallon makes 3.33333333333 gallons.


50 miles on 3.333333333333333 gallons would get you 15mpg.

Actually the grand is my favorite theater, I just hate parking downtown so I go to SouthPointe or Edgewood because it's 2 minutes from my house.
