Looks like around the first part of May I should have my 73 Z28 running. I'd like to get a quote from you guys to help me dial it in beyond the base line once I get her fired up. I'm assuming $100/hr per your dyno rates? also, I don't own a carb adjustment kit yet for my Holley 750 (Actually an AED). I know this is something I need for myself eventually but I'm running low on $$$ and am concerned with just getting the thing set right as is.

I'm sure you'll want more specifics on the engine and such, I can PM or call you to fill you in. The cliffs version is that it's a 406 SBC that's decently built (Crunky from JMS built it with me), I also have an NX plate kit for it that'll need adjusted. The fuel system for the carb & NX is a dual Aeromotive Tsunami system. Finally, I'm running a complex (For me anyway) Mallory ignition system. Oh, and it's a M-21 4 speed if it matters...

I'd Love to optimize her once she's running and would Love to give you guys the buisness... Give me a holler if you'd like to discuss it further...

If you do the tuning than its $100/HR. We would help with any advise needed. If we do all the tuning its $350+parts for carb/distributor tuning. We have all the parts for tuning the carb. The 350$ would include the nitrous pulls and fuel/ignition changes to go along with it.
It would be cheaper for you to do the tuning. Normally if you are here for say 3 hours we rarely charge for the entire 3 hours.
When it gets closer to the time give me a call and we can discuss specifics.
