i have previous experience with r/c planes (have 2gs worth sitting in my basement (yes i was/still am a huge nerd back in highschool)) also have a sicc slow electric stadium truck too. damn me and my expensive hobbies

i have an evader stadium truck. i ditched the photon 20 turn for a Trinity Chrominum 16 turn and a duratrax 16 turn esc. shes defintly got alot more balls with that set up. workin on some dubbs for it to just got the rears right now.

and when u do back down i call all aluminum parts on ur heli to since u can replace them with plastic.

somethings wrong with mine,it'll jus stop randomly and twitch and then run sluggish sometimes...and if i mess with the braided power wire to the motor,it acts fine again for awhile. any ideas???
I plan on steppin down to an 18 turn,hard to justify "real" car money on the RC though.

sounds more like leads to me. but if you go up to an 18 turn you need a new esc anywat so that would take care of that problem. also brushed electric motors are high maintence thats why i killed my first 2 20t photons i didnt change brushes or clean them and that would cause them to run like crap then die thy would also make a loud screeching screaming noise when running.
i know what you mean though about sinking car money on r/c or hobby stuff. the next thing i buy is real car parts my r/c are good for now lol

Yes i have done all this just not nearly as smooth has mike. The toc is the tournamnet of champions for 3d aerobaitc flying and only the best of the best get invited. 2003 was actaully the last year for the toc. damn thats why my head is so big all this useless knowledge stored up.

It was cleaned since the picture, I always have a buncha oils/ammo and other things around for cleaning guns or sharpening knives lol.

dude, I had a hard time just trying to make it stay in place on the ground. i got maybe a cm off the ground before things were turning real out of control
