Welp ... the trial is over ...

Because the cops are completely useless, he walked on all accounts. The jury pretty much decided that since the cops didn't catch him driving his car and since the ricer lights weren't on the car when they searched it (8 days later) they couldn't convict him of anything. If the cops would have done their jobs and thoroughly searched my car and found the bullet hole, they probably would have looked for him a bit harder that night, maybe found him in the car, but probably not, and the car still would be exactly the way I described it.

MO1 is still the biggest piece of **** ... I'll let everyone else make fun of his mom though.

Sorry to hear man. It was a shitty situation for sure. As you said, we all know that he was the one that did it, but I wasn't about to point fingers at him in court (when asked to) when I honestly didn't see his face that night. I could only describe his car. I was keeping it honest I guess. :(

Maybe, the lead officer on the case already got some time off work a while ago for how the case was handled, he'll get written up again all because Lacey's mom calling in ... with the letter from the county attorney ... I hope something happens.

I'm not 100% sure, I wasn't allowed in the courtroom because I was a witness. But I guess he was claiming that he wasn't there. His story changed numerous times throughout this process from he was driving in the area but it wasn't him, to his brothers had his car and he was at home to he had nothing to do with it, we got the wrong car. I don't see how someone can change their story so much and still be found not guilty. That alone incriminates him, you can't just keep telling the cops different lines of bullshit.

Hell, I think he even tried to deny that he talked to Trevor and told him he was going to kick my ass.

Oh ... and that whole thing is funny, he seemed to think that he'd let his little brothers kick my ass and he'd just jump in if needed. First off, none of them stand a chance against me. Seriously, he's a pudgy ****, his little brother is a gangster wannabe and there's proly more rejects in that family as well. It would take a group effort on their part to even get a shot in on me.

Once you're found not guilty for a charge, you can never be tried on the same charge again. The best you could hope for is that he tries this **** again, and the police actually do their jobs.

Bunch of uninvited Asain kids and wiggers showed up at our party Friday night. I thought about kicking them out right away, but against my better judgement I let them stay. Sure enough, with in an hour they started a fight in the Living room. I kicked them all out, and they got mad that they got kicked out, so they started throwing the trash cans and stuff around out in the yard and were trying to figure out which cars outside were ours. We went outside and told them to leave and they started telling me they were going to shoot me. I just laughed and said that they were dealing with a bunch of rednecks and I am sure we had superior firepower. They were screaming about guns so loud that the neighbors called the cops and told them they had guns. They came and busted up what was left of the party, and tried to pull over the car load of Asians that said they had guns. The cop ended up asking if we wanted a Maintain ticket or not. We all agreed that we didn't and then continued to make jokes back and forth with the officer.
