andy(whitessgaymaro) thinks that the Pats will beat the Colts by at least 20 pts. I bet him 20 bucks that this is false. Anyone else want to take this bet? I personally don't care, but I do hate the patriots, and people seem to forget that the Colts are undefeated and are the defending superbowl champs...no big deal right?.......................

I think the pats are a superior team to anyone else in the NFL. I think if the pats get a chance to run up the score on indy they wont' let up... indy might be undefeated but they are not killing teams the way the pats have.
Pats are gonna take this home and it's not going to be by a field goal... 10+... i wouldn't give anyone 20 pts in a game ever. No matter who's playing. Andy giving you 20pts on $20 isn't a smart bet on his end. But he does have a valid reason to be so confident... if there is any team the pats want to destroy at this point it's indy.

I think the pats are going to win by 90 points and whenever they run for a touchdown they are going to purposely go down on the 1 yard line and then kick a field goal just to make the colts feel even worse

I am with david I wouldnt bet with a 20 point spread on any game

The Patriots need to win this game, dominate the rest of the season, and then lose their only game of the season to the Packers in the superbowl.

well since the pats know all of the colts defensive calls due to a covert operation......i could see them running up the score....idk about 20+ though....it will be close i bet

it will be within at most 15 points no more than that though

Tell me the combined records of the Colts opponents and the combined records of the Pats opponents and let me know what you come up with. Also, let me know where Indy played against their opponents with winning records (home or away).

I'll do it for you
Indy Opponents: 28-24, three road wins over teams with winning records, plus another divisional game road win against a 3-4 team.
Pats Opponents: 24-32, ONE road win against a team with a winning record
The Pats have played more an extra game in there and those teams COMBINED haven't won as many games as the teams Indy played.

So you will be betting on the colts then/>?

There's no way I'll put any money on that game either way. I'm just saying while the Pats have looked unstoppable and the Colts have kicked ass in a manner that stays in the Patriots shadow if you look at the teams played against you can see a good reason for the difference. Indy is in the hardest division in football right now and already has all their divisional road games out of the way and is still undefeated. That is a serious statement.

Teams in the AFC South have lost a total of three games to teams outside that division. (Indy undefeated, Jacksonville undefeated, Tenessee at one loss and Houston at two losses)

Just remember who was winning the Colts - Pats games when the Colts had all the offensive weapons and the Pats were playing more physical ball. Bob Sanders is going to **** up Wes Welker. The more I think about it, the more I think the Colts are going to win this game.

So it looks like andy is going to owe everyone a lot of money, lol. It just seems like the general consensus is that the Pats will dominate, but I just don't see that happening.. I think it's a really even matchup.

The Colts have three in a row against the Pats :)
But the Pats offense is a lot different this year. Their #1 receiver from last year didn't get traded, he just got cut, and I don't think anyone else picked him up.

house isn't looking so generous this week compared to last week. I like when the house throws a chunk of money on a shitty team.

the house always takes the odds. The house funds are dropping as you guys keep winning.

you can't honestly tell me the odds had Miami over the Giants and Cinci over Pittsburgh last week. Because that's the way the house bet on both games.

it could have been an error on my part when i placed the bets. But to make it easy for me, I got i think it's betus.com copy the names of the teams to set up the events. After all events are entered, i log in as the house and place bets based purely on what is stated online for who is favored.

Good game, neither team showed what they had. Hell, the Colts couldn't they didn't even have receivers on the field, lol. Home field advantage for the AFC Championship game for the Pats though. The next game will be a real shootout.
