It says this when i try and quote someone without also typing words

I tried to put some spaces, and it still wouldnt let me..

double+ quoting is currently not working. and sometime today i'll fix the min post requirements adn change them to 0

Vbulletin is not set up to let me remove the single character after a quote. I have min char. set to 0. It annoys me too so please believe i'll do what i can to find a fix.
