I figured it was just because of Halloween being today so I didn't question it last week when you said no football today.

im sure... should have rehabbed it like an NFL player, you'd be chipper in no time lol
i probably should have seen a doctor... but , i can still walk, so im good. just every now and then, it decides to hurt randomly, or weird movements trigger a pain. whatever, liek cj says, 30 years from now medicine will have advanced greatly, i'll have a bionic leg bought from walmart for 19.99

did that after all my surgeries. still takes 4 months for the new ligaments to get settled in the bone. and then u have to relearn how to run and all that stuff. which is why an acl tear puts you out for a year in the pros. and yea the nfl type therapy sucks balls. 5 sets of half hour wall sits. cybex machine, bungee cord work. 45 mins of bike. numerous other things. then u end it with 20 mins of shock therapy

im guessing cole didn't do all that....
BossRoss
1st November 2007, 10:54 PM
yea most people have rehab for at most an hour 3 maybe 4 times a week. mine was from 4-8:30, 5 days a week for 3 1/2 months
Thunder

yeah, different circumstances i'm guessing.

yea. well with pressure from certain colleges to be back for the track season and the fact that my therapist was an ex professional body builder. i was basicly passed out by the time i got home and ate suppper
