$275+parts to tune. Includes carb and timing. Exhaust is dependent on what size you want, what mufflers you want. I would call Doug's Mr. Muffler for the exhaust unless you wanted some crazy custom size mandrel system then I could do it but it is expensive.

Im guessing that someone makes a 2.5 mandrel kit for it. If so installation should be pretty straight forward.
