I got in an accident last winter. I rear ended some ***** (lol) doin like 5 mph's and just scuffed her bumper. The cop that came was pissed at her for making him come that far for it. He wwas basically on my side. Anyways, she did file an insurance claim. Since I rear ended her, I was "supposed" to get a ticket, and I was at fault. But, I never got a ticket for it. Would that be on my record? I'm thinking not.

if u werent issued a citation then its not on your driving record.

it IS on your insurance record though because a claim was filed.

Yeah, I know it's on my insurance record. I just wanted to know if it would pull up on my driving record.
