So yesterday we finally got our chance to line up.

Off the line, i yank him pretty good and put almost 2 cars on him... i hold him through part of third before he starts pulling in hard. By the end of the quarter, he was dead even with me. Literally a tie. lol

We tried once from a roll... im not much a roll racer, and mostly cuz i know iw as going to get pwnt. But i humored it, and missed third... which was a sign, don't do it, ur gonna get pwnted.

hes got an 01 car... ls6 intake, headers, ORY, lid? or fipk, i forget which
i have an 00 car... ls1 intake, lid, 4.10s.

hes probably a solid 25-30whp on me... but the 4.10s are a huge jump over 3.42s. pretty evenly matched.

Yep. I think with a driver mod Lumpos car would run 12.5s or better as he always launches at 2k and bogs of the line. He loses about half a second just regaining RPMs and momentum, I ask him why he does that? He said he wanted tio be consistant?

The car definatly hooks, I think with the bolt ons he has, it is in need of some gears.

oh yeah, god i couldnt believe how incredibly slow my car felt back then, just cuz i couldn't drive to save me life. now i make all 4 gears scream in pain. sometimes 3rd gear laughs at me lol

i would say a solid 10-20rwhp over you consider he is untuned

i threw my SS on the dyno and it made 14 rwhp more untuned w/ long tubes than without

i think its more like 20hp difference, just b/c he has the ls6 intake and headers

did you know that the 98-02 trans am's came with factory mid length headers?!?!?!?!? It was GM's way of making up for only putting 5.3 liter truck engines in them instead of the LS1's that the camaro's got.
