It's very cluttered under the hood- unlike our cars.

The car is a hack job. I'm surprised it sold for as much as it did.... Pshhhh, it doesn't even have the 900 dollar set of Sanderson Coated headers like we have....

what would that car cost without the LS2?

A typical LSx swapped FD, assuming it doesn't have a boatload of aftermarket parts, goes for around 22,000.

Sorry i meant just the FD.

KBB on a 1993 FD is in the 15k range in mint condition with a good strong running rotary. You can find a roller for around 7-8k if you're looking to do a swap.

First of all, I don't like the hood.

Secondly, for the money, I'd be tempted to do an LSx FC. What's a good FC shell worth anymore, I feel like I've been seeing them change hands for >$1000 for 10 years now. Spend the difference on suspension and LS upgrades. Granted the FD is sexier.
