i love road hunting, walking FTL especially when its cold out.
Deer road hunting is gayness, but i do drive around on great expanses of property until i see deer and then get out and start the stalk.

I usually walk around canyons all day long for those ****ers. I've got people i go with that stay in the truck ontop of a hill waiting for a deer to step out listening to the radio and drinking coffee lol

depending on the weather that is what i love about deer hunting haha, granted we are typically in the sand hills during shitty weather with like a 0 degree wind chill.
thank God for XM satelite radio, not many FM stations to be picked up out there.

wtf are you talking about? lol
maybe you're missing something:
when i'm in the sand hills out west i can hit the seek button on the radio and it will just keep going in loops because it cannot find a station.

:( I've never gotten a chance to really trophy hunt, the 2 bucks i dropped were supposed to have big racks but i hunt where theres no feed plots or anything nice like that.
C.J.

these deer i have shot are just western nebraska natural, no feeders, no special food supplement stuff
we are hunting on huge amounts of property that for the most part, nobody really hunts

****, back when I used to do that we just went north of Kawasaki to Alvo road and that is a real ***** when it's even slightly wet! If not there then there used to be a good mud road north of Parker hydraulics... I don't know if it has been paved yrt (There was talk of it) but if you turn off at Parker on West O and head north it turns left and I believe it's actually Holdrege??? any way, it's another good mud road if it's still not paved...
