I am running 2 12" Kicker Comp CVX's, Dual 2 ohm Voice Coils wired in parallel. They RMS @ 750 W a piece. I am looking at a couple different amps on ebay and can't decide.
Does anyone know anything about Power Acoustik Amps? They are cheap as hell and supposedly put out decent power.

your gonna pay a hell of alot for a 1ohm stable amp with that much power output

when you say 'wired in parallel' do you mean 0.5 ohm total resistance on one channel, or 1 ohm resistance on two channels? ...or are they a combination of parallel/sequence resulting in 2 ohms total resistance on one channel?
we need to know these things to help you find an amp

I should be running 2 ohms on two channels....I just wired the two voice coils together in parallel, but, I guess I could wire them up to 1 channel that way I can get it down to 1 ohm at one channel

that's impossible... if you have two subs, each with two 2 ohm coils, your options are :
2 x 4 ohm
2 x 1 ohm
1 x 8 ohm
1 x 2 ohm
1 x 0.5 ohm

a half ohm stable sub is going to cost you. Your best bet would have either been dual 4 ohm subs, or just on sub that you have. BUT, if you land a high current amp to power what you have, I think you'll be pretty damn rewarded in the end.

Although I'm certain he's running the 4ohm coils to get that to 1 ohm, the amp he mentioned is stable to that.

Your best bet is to find an amp that will run 2,000W RMS @ 2 Ohms and then wire them in combo series/parallel for 2 ohm load on the amp. That will give you plenty of power for your subs and a little headroom to get the gain set perfectly.
