fs: 97 ford explorer clean, no rust $5000 obo

I am selling my 1997 Ford Explorer with 106,000 miles. It has am almost flawless black exterior with tan leather interior. All of the seats are in perfect condition. The leather has no tears, holes or stains. The carpet is in just as excellent condition. It does not look like it has 100K miles on it!!! There is only one problem area, which is on the rear tailgate. You can see it in the pictures. There is NO RUST ANYWHERE!

The oil has been changed every 3000 miles. It is a 2 owner vehicle. I purchased it last year. It has had all regular maintenance.

I also had both catalytic converters and the muffler replaced less than 1000 miles ago. The tires are in good condition. Everything is very mechanical sound.

The only aftermarket part that is being sold with the vehicle is the alarm system. It is a 4 year old Viper brand alarm. It was installed by Stereo West.

As you can see in the pictures below, I had a large stereo system in it. That will be removed along with all of the wires for it. It was professional installed and it will be professionally removed before the sale of the vehicle. The truck will have the original factory tape deck re-installed.

I am asking $5000 or best offer.

clean..but wow $5000? my roomate is selling her 2003? explorer eddie bo. ed just as clean for 7500. gl on the sale i didnt relized there held their value this much.
