looks like a late 70s blazer (brown) on 10th street just north of Speer Auto.
Body looks really good...not sure about the drivetrain
Their asking $2K...might be worth looking at.

Meh. I think it's way pricey. Needs the wheels repainted too.
Also, it's not a late 70s Blazer, it's a '73-'77 GMC K5 Jimmy. But you knew that already.

It'd look badass with this wheel/tire/lift combo:

Mine is an '80, that looks like an '81, or just an earlier model with the '81+ trim/headlights.

It is a diesel, my buddy used to own it and traded it in there on a duramax. Pretty clean, just painted orange about a year ago. Lots of new parts.

The kid drove it from 84th and holdredge to southwest highschool everyday. I know it has new injecter pump and those wheels, can't remember everything else. The dealership had it hooked up to a battery charger trying to get it started when I drove by this morning, someone go look at it. Posted via Mobile Device

81=5.7 OLDs diesel, can be a great engine but requires lots of money in good studs to hold head gaskets.

They's a doggy turd of an engine. But it'll last forever and get good has mileage.

If it's a 350 Olds diesel I retract my previous statement. Those engines are a joke.

Actually they figured out about the time they quit building them that the whole head gasket problem was related to head bolt stretch. This is why once the head gasket blew the first time they kept blowing. They aren't great but if used for the true purpose of increased mpg they aren't bad. I know people that have 500k+ on them still running.

He is right. you are wrong Joseph. That is not an '80. I don't believe it is a 1981 (or '82) either, because it doesn't have turn signals in the bumpers, but it is either a 1981+, or has a different front clip on it.

Judging by the grille, I would say it is an '83 or an '84, but it is missing the emblem, so it could very easily be an aftermarket grille, that someone installed, and there is no telling what year it actually is.

I can't recall them ever putting a 5.7 in a 4x4. Can someone correct me? My guess is it's a 6.2 and probably mid '80s.

Because if it is a 6.2 Liter, that would be a damn decent buy. If it is a 5.7 (which I doubt), it would be worth about half of that.
