My father inlaw the finder of the good deals just bought a 85 blazer thats super clean. I maybe full of 75% mud but it looks super nice. The thing is its has a 73-75? top on it but all the dash and such is 85. Can you just cut the doors and top and have a full convert? I hope the motor takes a **** and we can swap all franks stuff into it. I would love a blazer to make jake wish he had his.

You can probably swap dashes pretty easily.

But would the door panels and interior fit? It looks like all 85 minus the top.

Aren't the doors interchangeable? So wouldn't the door panels be as well? I know there are different window regulators in the doors, but other than that. I am just throwing out suggestions, I really don't know. Take some pictures.

I've seen a 91 or so done, I think it was on the K5 forum or something. He cut the top and the doors and put the early top on.
