Can a short 90* bend of radiator hose stand 20 psi?

it should. IIRC from auto tech, the normal pressure is around 16psi at operating temp

it should cuz the stock ic piping on a dsm is the same **** a radiator hose. **** balloons up but thats about it

Good, its already on there and clears the head(gonna have to grind just a little so the corners don't tear into it)

You can grind on that head so you know what you need to do on the good one. I've only kept it to use like that. I'd rather see that one get turned into a totally useless casting than see something bad happen on yours.

sounds good, thanks! Shouldn't need to clearance it that much, I just wanted to make sure the corners aren't going dig into it.
