I'm just finishing mine up on Dec.15 but my paper says that all the fines are supposed to be paid by Nov.15. Fines are about 400$. What happens if you don't have money to pay for them?

you get in big trouble. call them and tell them your situation and you need extended time to pay. they will work with you

I am on drivers probation until the 23rd of december. Its honestly got to be the stupidest thing ever expect the it got me out of a lot of trouble. As long as I dont get a ticket all I have to do is keep sending in my paper once a month.

Not being able to pay your fines on time is the same as everything else. Just call them and explain, they should give you another 2 months I think. Although from the time you were in court sentenced to probation they give you 3 months to pay, I'm lost how you haven't come up with $400 in 3 months.
Jail (unless house arrest opt) > Probation
Gets it taken care of faster with less BS. I've only been caught once and chose house arrest over probation, 6+ months vs 7-30 days...
