I've never played one, but PS3 is comming out with a online card battle game thats like Magic. Looks fun. They give you a board and deck, and there is a webcamera thing that when you want to play a card you just hold it under this camera and it goes on the online game board when your playing online with other players.
I've never played magic so was just wondering if its realy fun or not? Seems fun collecting and getting more cards and stuff. But how does it work exaclty? Can you just get hundreds of cards and play with them all? Do you just lay down cards and one person wins untill they get all the spaces or what?

i'm a nerd... but i've never got in to the whole magic card games. My brother got into it and made nearly a life outta it. i"m sure it's got to be fun... but ya.. someone who's not shy to admit they've played would probably be the best to talk to.

My friend plays, and is decent at it. I've had one friend get a trip to Japan and another just won one to Spain to play. Hell my friend lived off the game for like a couple months.

It doesn't matter if I'm white or not, that is a irrelevant point (and somewhat racist). I do enjoy the game especially since there is really nothing to do is this small town.
Besides, I could say you are supporting the terrorists because you drive a fwd Honda...but I don't really care.

Decks usually consist of 60 cards in pre-constructed format, 40 cards in limited (sealed packs). You have several different card types, including land which produces mana used to play your other cards. Your hand is limited to 7 cards unless you have a way of modifying that. Each player starts off at 20 life, the player who loses all his life loses. I prolly left some things out. The game can get kind of complicated.

I did David, thx. Thats a **** tone of rules, but I'll glance at it to get the basics, since this game isn't exactly like Magic, just similar.

its not a matter of race. its about taking the moral high ground. too often in this nation these days we dont want to say anything or do anything that might be viewed as politically incorrect because the liberals and media portray conservatives as blood spewing maniacs that only hurt the greater good. there have been many connections and links that have been found with WoW and hezbolah and al qaeda. al qaeda iraq and hezbolah have used the money they have made selling WoW and magic cards to fund jihad training camps and their greater war on the west and the zionist nation. WoW and magic cards have been used as tools for the training of jihad, freedom and mujahedeen terrorists. your probably one of those people that think the iraq war and the greater war on terror is just a waste of time and detrimental to our nation, so go back play WoW and magic cards but dont forget when the terrorists take over this nation who told you the truth.

So you forget that we, the United States, supported Bin Laden at one point in time and that we funded and supplied arms to him.
Eh, this place is just as big of a waste of time as SCR was. Same thing, just different name and ownership.

we supported the mujahedeen freedom fighters in their war against the ussr. they and by that i mean all middle eastern people were not terrorists like they are now. the ussr were terrorists back then before we destroyed them.

alley.... i have played this game a couple times with my cousin who is a big magic freak. and yea it is alot like pokemon. where the |"rare" cards are the more dangerous ones. you get so many land cards and then all these other cards where u battle each other where the rating of your battler will decide how you do in a showdown against the card the other guy lays down. it is a good game. however i dont see myself playing it on a regular basis. or owning my own deck of magic cards. however if you are into the 1 on 1 competition then yea. go for it. but however just like pokemon. the rarer cards which conflict more damage or have higher defensive points run for abou 600 bucks on ebay. and are very rary. however for a novice a starter pack from wal-mart will suffice. so if you are interested in it. i say pay the 6 bucks or w/e it is for a starter pack at wal-mart, or i would suggest going to hobby town. then yea i would suggest it. it is definatly interesting. but however it is not my cup of tea.
