looking for a monitor

Here is what I am looking for:
-10" widescreen or smaller
-flush mount
-prefer 12v, tho inverting to 110 wouldnt be the end of the world.
-VGA input, I want to run a computer to it.
-not a lot of $$$

and they arent flushmount, if its EXACTLY what i want, i might consider upwards of $100-$150
