Oh snap! Lucky for me, I'm on a 1/4 tank.
I'm up for the challenge, although its times like this I really wish I had a manual SHO. Oh well, race what ya brung. :)

auto vs auto
Cobra Commander

True. My auto sucks top end power like a ***** though. I've trapped over 96mph in a stock manual, but can't even get over 92mph in an auto. :(
How much do you think your GTA weighs?
roo

Actually I don't really know. Should probably weight it. I'm assuming 3300-3500 range.
roo

3,456 lbs according to edmunds

Both cars are probably pretty damn close in weight. I bet our horsepower is pretty close too, although my torque is next to nothing.

Edmunds shows your car at 3,104 but that's probably with a manual

Years ago my brother and I went & weighed both of our cars. Mine was a fully loaded 93 auto on a 1/4 tank, and his was a fully loaded 94 manual on a 1/2 tank. The numbers are hazy, but IIRC, mine was around 3,500 and his was not much over 3,400.
There is more then a couple people out there that claim there 89's weigh closer to 3k even. I really don't believe it, so I'll be sure to weigh mine after I get the tranny fixed.
