Ahhh ricer flash, what the hell?

So the 240 had a small crack in the passenger side turn signal, so I bought a new one, put it on, and it was flashing really fast, I thought the bulb was burnt out or something, but it wasn't, I figured it might have something to do with the new cable on the signal lamp (comes with a cable) so I removed the cable from the old one, put it on the new one, still the same thing. All bulbs are ok, only does it when I put on the signal to turn right, not for anything else, any ideas?

Oh and it was perfectly fine before I put the new one on.

does the rear light blink? is it single or dual element?

Smash a wire putting it back in? Bad ground?

I looked at all the cables and they seemed fine, and I don't think I smashed anything.

Nvm, fixed.
Sanded the inside of the thing that holds the bulb because it had some corrosion, better now.
