Meh ... a decent year for Kentucky isn't nearly as impressive as all the greatness Nebraska has had in the last few decades. They've fallen back to mediocrity, it's just a phase, Nebraska will rise out of it soon enough.

Some of those SEC teams might be ranked right now, but they'll soon fall, rankings early on in the year are pointless.

SOS is all about wins and losses, not rankings. So it'll change a bit throughout the season IIRC, but I still maintain Nebraska>Kentucky any year.

i grew up a kentucky wildcat fan....i was born there yes...my first one-zee at the hospital was a kentucky wildcat one...i am a huge fan as are my parents...yes louisville is in kentucky but to me they are the arch enemy however i do pull for them against other teams...i am a die hard kentucky blue fan...sorry to disappoint you....anyone who knows me knows i love kentucky sports...

The kentucky defense put up many HUGE stands including the game winner in overtime....it was a team effort that game...kentucky would be undefeated right now if it wasnt for two stupid fumbles against south carolina....
