Well i'm trying something new becuase i'm tired of feeling like crap everyday LOL

i'm going to start a 3-4 week process to get my body and mindset to start detox on my body

During the 3-4 week, i will have to change my diet and eating habits, i have to stop drinking pop and beer and all that ****, but that will take some time to get off pop and change my diet so that's why its gonna take 3-4 weeks

once 3-4 weeks is up i will start the Detox, the 1st method will take 9 days. and if that doesn't work as well there is a 2 week program that i will follow.

A healthy diet and exercise will make you stop feeling like crap, you don't need to do some funky detox diet.

spoon is an expert of diet and eating healthy?

Other than a few people, I probably have more knowledge and experience than most on this board with different diets and exercises.

I know all about healthy and unhealthy diets, I've tried a lot of stuff. Some things worked, some didn't. At one point I lost over 50 pounds in one summer and was down to 180 pounds. I just haven't been motivated in a LONG time.

if you gained it back then you were unsuccessful. so I don't see that justifies your excessively long post

5 sentences is excessively long?

Anyway...

What I did was very successful. I was in great shape. Obviously I stopped doing it, so I no longer am. Doesn't mean what I did before didn't work.

And Jeff, who are you to doubt me? Do you even know me at all other than occasionally meeting me in a group setting?

I wrestled 275 as a Junior, and 189 as a Senior. It isn't difficult. Keeping it off is difficult.

These pictures are terrible, but I hardly ever take pictures of myself, and neither does anybody else, so these are all I have.

Me before summer. 230-240 Lbs

Well, this winter I lost 20 or so lbs but I am still at that point. I am finding it very hard to lose the last 15 or so lbs that I want to lose though. Its a lack of motivation and diet 4 the most part.

90% of losing weight is diet

i think its harder to maintain/gain muscle than it is to lose fat

your right but you will never feel great unless you workout

If you have extra fat, and you diet and exercise, you will lose fat even if you're doing strictly anaerobic exercises.

meh, I went from 245 to 195 in less than a year.
I had horrible eating habbits, all I changed was how I ate, and lost the majority of it, and exercise was the rest.
