depends on what he likes... personally I'd probably go with a WRX STi and dump the left over money into the engine, suspension, wheels, ect. You could easily drop in a stage 3 turbo, bigger intercooler, better tuned suspension, better brakes, aftermarket clutch that will actually hold the power, and juice it with the money left over probably.
