Fatty is getting horrible. I never weighed a single pound over 165 until I started this job and now I'm 205. I'm weak all the time and feel like a piece of BULLLLLLSHIT! I don't care what gym, just want to make it a weekly thing at least once a week. Anyone got any roids?

I'm down for both. I'd ideally like to go three times per week but you both know my work schedule. However, I've got a last minute flight to omaha early monday morning to apply for the very job I've tried for 3 years now. The same **** I did for asian foods, mon-fri, work overnight, kansas city and back pulling doubles, working for FedEx. It pays great and since it leaves from council bluffs, it's motivation to dig my bike out and register that pig to ride up there everyday. WOOT for sure... now i'm a nervous wreck til I found out if I got the job.

I've heard good things of the Y. My fiance's sister used to be a lifeguard there. What's the price per month?

Coop, pm me a price and availability. :bolt:

As for right now, I have sunday and mondays off every day. But every other week I have saturday through tuesday off. Again, hopefully that will only be fore a couple more weeks and I can go almost every day for like an hour or so.

Kind of interested in the basketball thing. Give me time to get my stamina up and I think I could rock that **** out. Used to play in Cortland all the time when growing up. I'm only mediocre at best when making a shot though.

just take it easy. Don't push yourself so hard that you can't do anything afterwards.

Justin, I highly suggest you start jogging a few days a week.

Start out w/ a half mile....then one, then 1.5 on up till you can do a couple miles a day a few times a week.

This will build your stamina and make lifting easier....you will see the lbs fall off faster too.

Get your metabolism going and you will have more energy....you will also want to eat more because you will be burning more energy obviously....so eat smart....fruit and such...and high protein (tuna if you can stomach it)

Justin, I have 4 guest passes per month at my gym but noone keeps track... you could come in with me for as much as you want for free. The gym is AWESOME! Seriously, there is more to do there than you can imagine. Plus, with it's location there is some very, very nice scenery!

btw, I can teach you A LOT of things to help you... i started my transformation on April 25th and since then I've lost 45 lbs, dropped from a 38 waist to 34 and increased my muscle mass by over 20%

So, come on over when your going through town... I could use someone to work out with any way

That's pretty much the plan. The food thing will be tough while I"m working, but I"m trying out an experimental food plan while I'm on the road. Hopefully it works. I just want to eat healthy, rather than power weight loss and starving. I got time to lose the weight.

thats kinda what I was thinkin too for ya..

I usually go round 9:30 or later and I have yet to wait for a machine or weight set to open up in the last 3 months.. there will only be like 3 others in the weight area and another 5 or so in the fitness areas.

its a smaller gym but it really does everything you need as well as a great free-weight selection.

someone needs to buy my probe. I got a $150 shopping cart here that would be perfect for when I start hitting the gym regularly

David's BURN **** from complete nutrition... looks real nice
3in1 water, stress, thyroid
2lbs of onyx chocolate muscle recovery

I'm real excited about the BURN mostly. My metabolism fall-off is half of what got me to this weight.

Yeah, Jenkins was kewl but you just can't beat Monzingo... I loved that dude! He was kewl as hell too! And I swear I never met a teacher with a better sense of humor! We welded the doors to his Monte Carlo shut one time and he laughed his ass off! In fact, he left them like that for a while and did the ol duke boys bit through the window
