What can happen if you don't pay an out of state ticket? Like if you picked up a speeding ticket in Missouri or something? And you live in Lincoln

They can contact the Nebraska DMV and have your license revoked. Some states do that, some states don't. Illinois I don't believe will, but Missouri I know for a fact will.

its going to cost you a lot more money. if you still have the tickwt call them and see where you need to send the money and because you forgot about it. probly should ask if they took any actions against you too. if they revoked your nebraska license you have to pay nebraska and missouri to get it back. how cool is that!!

Just mail out a payment on time and don't worry about it. Unless you want to drive back to wherever it was to fight it in court.

I do not know the answer to that, but I don't think not paying for the ticket will help at all. Whatever would happen is going to happen either way. I'd say call or go down to the city attorney's office and ask them.
