With all the compulsive liars and delusional people, i don't think simply asking "Do you have Common Sense" will suffice. They will start have common sense testing, to make sure you have it.

i can honestly say common sense is not common. one of the reasons i left helzberg is because of staffing. They can't hire anyone, they try but very few can get through the application process.

one phase of the application process is to take a phone test. You come into the store we dial a number and teh computer asks you yes & no questions. These questions consist of questions about how you feel about stealing, borrowing money from the employer, & drug usuage. I think it's 100 questions and it asks the same question more than once usually just reworded.

i'd say the failure rate on that call was 90%.

I seriously shake my head and rant about the retards. If your into stealing or drugs you probably have questionable judgment. You'd think a personal like this would also be a liar... Nope... OMFG LIE!!!!!! It's not HARD... no one will know and if we do figure it out you have a better chance by not telling the truth and hope we dont' find out then telling the truth and not moving on to find out if we would have caught that.
