Welp ... first race was a newer BMW full of popped collar rich kids launching at every light just like they were at Bandimere ... so I was sitting at a light next to him, took off when he did and gave him a big smirk as I pulled away from him. He had a pissed off scowl knowing that he just got beat by a grocery getter in front of all his friends. He followed me through traffic desperately trying to catch back up, but to no avail.
The other race was coming out of downtown ... big lifted truck full of guys bar hopping. The guys were pretty chill talking to Lacey and I at a light. When the light turned yellow for the cross traffic the driver nearly left, he yelled false start ... I was pretty much obligated to give her a shot at that time. The race wasn't close at all, but after we slowed down I could hear someone in the truck yelling to get up next to me and try to race again ... traffic wouldn't allow it.
All that was in Denver last night ...
